Anyone with children or need some customization please call, email or text us so we can directly assist with your confirmation.
We will email an itinerary/invoice for you to approve the charges and provide your billing information for the deposit.

Fine Print (Deposit, Payment Plan, Final Payment)

  • INITIAL DEPOSIT: $150.00 per room will be required to reserve your slot.
  • If you are sharing a room all parties must provide their initial deposit at the same time.
  • FINAL PAYMENT: Due by April 15, 2024. No exceptions will be allowed.
  • If you are purchasing your flights on your own, please ensure you have forwarded a copy of the itinerary to Elevating Travel so we can confirm your shuttle from the airport to the resort.
  • When purchasing flights, you should plan to arrive in Cancun, Mexico (airport code: CUN).

Passport Requirements 

  • A valid passport will be required to travel to/from Mexico. As a rule, passports should have at least six months of validity when traveling internationally. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.​

Cancellation

  • $150 per room deposit is non-refundable ‘substitution may be allowed’ as long as we are keeping the room.
  • April 1st, 2024 – May 1st, 2024: 1 night penalty will occur if cancelled.
  • May 1st, 2024 – June 1st, 2024: 2 nights penalty will occur if cancelled.
  • June 1st, 2024 – Departure date: 100% non-refundable.
  • No show or short stay: 100% non-refundable.
GROUP POLICIES:
Minimum and maximum room occupancy varies according to the confirmed category.
The Hotel cannot guarantee bed type in the room (1 king size bed or 2 double beds). Subject to availability upon arrival - unless otherwise specified in the room title/description.
The hotel cannot guarantee any additional bed or sleeping accommodation (room location) for the contracted room types including suites.

NO SHOWS - EARLY CHECK OUT:
For No Shows and Early check outs, 100% of total group revenue will be assessed. There will be an entire stay room charge of confirmed reservation, reimbursements do not apply.
All no shows, cancellations will be charged as single, double or triple occupancy in the room category contracted.
