​Here is what to expect to get you set up and confirm your room(s).
Fill out the registration form.
I will give you a quick call to review your options and answer any questions (or I can communicate by email or text if that is easier for you).
We will email an itinerary/invoice for you to approve the charges and provide your billing information for the deposit.

Fine Print (Deposit, Payment Plan, Final Payment)

• INITIAL DEPOSIT: Amount provided at confimration.
• If you are sharing a room all parties must provide their initial deposit at the same time.
• FINAL PAYMENT: Due by January 18, 2024. No exceptions will be allowed.
• If you are purchasing your flights on your own, please ensure you have forwarded a copy of the itinerary to Elevating Travel so we can confirm your shuttle from the airport to the resort.
• When purchasing flights, you should plan to arrive in Cancun, Mexico (airport code: CUN).

Passport Requirements 

• A valid passport will be required to travel to/from Mexico. As a rule, passports should have at least six months of validity when traveling internationally. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.​

Cancellation

• Trip Insurance is highly recommended
• Hotel Cancel Policy: Cancellation Before: February 24 2024. Cancellation Penalty: 2 Nights. Airfare is non-refundable. Any refund available without insurance is provided in future travel credits.

Minimum and maximum room occupancy varies according to the confirmed category.

NO SHOWS - EARLY CHECK OUT:
For No Shows and Early check outs, 100% of total group revenue will be assessed. There will be an entire stay room charge of confirmed reservation, reimbursements do not apply.
All no shows, cancellations will be charged as single, double or triple occupancy in the room category contracted.
